As one of the goals of our community of faith, St. Clement’s has a comprehensive outreach ministry supported by the offering of time, talent, money and other donations of our members. It was at St. Clement’s many years ago that Habitat for Humanity in Cherokee County got it’s start.

Aside from special needs and special projects that arise from time to time, there are three tracks for our regular ministry in this area:

1. Regular Seasonal Events:  Summer School Lunch Program, School Backpack Drive, Thanksgiving Turkey Drive, Winter Coat Drive, Angel Tree, Lenten Friday Fish Fry. and Easter Basket Drive.

2. Phone Outreach:  Those in our community needing financial help and guidance may call our Outreach line at 678-493-8124. We have a group of dedicated volunteers who are prepared to assist as we are able.

3. Our Partnership with MUST ministries:  We, along with many churches in our area, regularly provide food and other support to this important part of the ecumenical ministry to those in need in Cherokee County.

In-reach

St. Martha’s Guild:  The purpose of St. Martha’s Guild is to provide assistance to parishioners in need, such as providing meals or giving rides to doctor appointments for those returning from a hospital stay, scheduling rides for those who cannot otherwise get to our worship services, and coordinating receptions following memorial services or funerals. St. Martha’s is a wonderfully loving and caring ministry.
